The masterclass session of ‘Aligning education with industry demands’ was conducted by Anuradha Subhramanian, MD, Director and Career counsellor of ‘CareerFit360’ , who emphasized the importance of devising custom made educational programs to fit the growing and changing demands of the industry.
The session also touched upon the widespread fear of losing jobs due to the mainstream integration of Artificial Intelligence into industries by providing an optimistic view where there is potential for countless employment opportunities during the same scenario.
